IRAN: Support the righteous rebellion against the reactionary Islamic Republic!

No U.S. or Israeli attack on Iran!

Speakers include:

• Larry Everest, author of Oil, Power and Empire, correspondent for Revolution newspaper
• A revolutionary communist woman who spent many years as a political prisoner in an Islamic Republic of Iran prison and is one of the few people who witnessed and survived the 1988 massacre of political prisoners.
• Former member of Iranian Students Association in 1970’s in the U.S. who returned to Iran in 1978 in struggle to overthrow U.S.-backed Shah regime. He was arrested in Iran in 1982. After his release, he engaged in revolutionary work in Kurdistan and now lives in exile in the U.S.

They will speak on the roots of the current crisis and resistance in Iran and the prospects to open up a different way in opposition to both Islamic theocracy and Western imperialism.
